    Subscription status, purchase history, refund history, and receipts. Payment details are generally handled by our platform and its payment processors. We typically do not receive or store your full card number.
  4. Calculator/tool inputs
    Any numbers, assumptions, and operational data you enter into calculators or forms (for example: pricing, labor cost assumptions, order volume, cost structure).
  5. Communications
    Messages you send us, support requests, feedback, testimonials, survey responses, and coaching questions you submit (including any details you choose to include).
  6. Event information
    Registration details, attendance, and opt-ins (including QR code opt-ins at conferences).

When you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll activity, referral source)
  • General location (approximate city/region derived from IP)

  • Kajabi for hosting, membership delivery, and checkout/payment processing features

5) How We Use Your Information

  1. Provide and operate the Services, deliver downloads, tools, calculators, programs, and member access, manage accounts, authentication, and access controls.
  2. Process transactions, confirm payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds, provide receipts and purchase confirmations.

Email marketing

If you opt in, we may send educational content and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. We may still send non-marketing messages like receipts, access instructions, or essential service notices.

SMS/Text messaging

If you opt in to SMS, we may send marketing and transactional messages (program reminders, event follow-up, access notifications). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or as instructed in the message). Message and data rates may apply. Because we serve customers worldwide, SMS rules vary by country. We aim to follow applicable consent requirements and will honor opt-out requests promptly.

9) Call Recordings

We may record calls or virtual sessions for quality assurance, training, documentation, and program delivery purposes.

Consent note: Recording laws vary by location, some jurisdictions require consent from all parties. By participating in a call where you are informed it may be recorded, you consent to recording to the extent permitted by law. If you do not consent, do not continue the call, or tell us immediately so we can offer an alternative where practical.

10) Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for providing the Services and maintaining your account, legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type. For example, transaction records may be retained longer to comply with tax and accounting obligations, while marketing records may be retained until you opt out plus a reasonable period to maintain suppression lists and compliance.

11) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using secure devices and networks.
