5) How We Use Your Information

SMS/Text messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we may send marketing and transactional messages (program reminders, event follow-up, access notifications). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or as instructed in the message). Message and data rates may apply. Because we serve customers worldwide, SMS rules vary by country. We aim to follow applicable consent requirements and will honor opt-out requests promptly.
9) Call Recordings
We may record calls or virtual sessions for quality assurance, training, documentation, and program delivery purposes.
Consent note: Recording laws vary by location, some jurisdictions require consent from all parties. By participating in a call where you are informed it may be recorded, you consent to recording to the extent permitted by law. If you do not consent, do not continue the call, or tell us immediately so we can offer an alternative where practical.
10) Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for providing the Services and maintaining your account, legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type. For example, transaction records may be retained longer to comply with tax and accounting obligations, while marketing records may be retained until you opt out plus a reasonable period to maintain suppression lists and compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
