A lender-ready loan package for your next laundromat, sent to lenders who already fund laundromats.
We are not the lender. We prepare your documents for your acquisition, retool, or ground-up build, package them into one lender-ready file, and send it to the lenders in our network who may be a good fit. They review it at the same time and respond to you directly, often in weeks, not months. You choose.
Every member starts with a one-on-one call. Membership is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
The only network built to put one laundromat owner's package in front of many laundromat lenders at once.
Every other route to financing puts you alone in front of one institution at a time, each with its own agenda. We built a network of lenders who actually fund laundromats. We prepare your file for them, and we stay on your side of the table. The lenders make the loans. We make sure they see a complete package.
Your local bank
Wants the loan on the bank's terms, if it will look at a laundromat at all.
- One application, one answer, then start over
- Loan committees that meet when they meet
- Often has never underwritten a laundromat
The equipment rep
Wants you in their machines. Financing is the hook.
- Financing tied to one brand
- Points and commissions built into the deal
- Their incentive is the sale, not your rate
Laundry Advisors Lender Network
We prepare and package your documents, then send them to the network lenders who may be a good fit, so they review your deal at the same time. We are paid by your membership, not by any lender.
- 12+ independent lenders who fund laundromats for a living
- One package, prepared once, reviewed by several lenders in parallel
- Zero commissions, zero points, brand agnostic
- Your accountant, advisor, and banker, all pulling one direction: yours
"Nobody should get turned away by people who simply do not understand how well these businesses run. So we built a network of lenders who do understand, and we hand them a complete file."

What the package covers
One all-inclusive package for the whole project, not a loan request for the machines and a scramble for the rest.
What goes into it
Tap the items you already have. Items marked our team are prepared for you.
A working list, not a full underwriting checklist. Our team confirms what lenders typically need for your project after your onboarding call. Each lender may ask for more. Nothing you tap here is stored or sent anywhere.
How to get laundromat financing in weeks: one package to many lenders instead of one bank at a time.
Applying to banks one at a time is why financing drags on for months. Every no sends you back to the start with a new bank. Here is the same deal, run both ways.
The traditional way
The Lender Network way
Lenders typically respond in three to four weeks once all documentation is submitted by the member. Timelines depend on how quickly documents are provided and on each lender's own review. Approval is never guaranteed, and every credit decision is made by the lender.
What does a slow no actually cost you?
Every month your next store is not open is a month it is not earning. Put in your own numbers.
Uses only the numbers you enter. Not a projection or a promise of results. Your outcome depends on your market, deal, capitalization, and each lender's own decision.
How close is your deal to being package-ready?
Four questions, no personal information, nothing leaves your browser. You get a readiness read and what our team would work on first.
This is not a toll booth in front of a loan. It is the work that gets your deal taken seriously.
Three reasons the Laundry Advisors Lender Network lives inside GROWTH, and why that works in your favor.
The lenders are relationships, not a list.
The lenders in our network are relationships built over the past six years. They financed our own laundromats, and projects for people we personally know and trust, before they ever saw a member's package. A broker sells access to strangers. This is a network of lenders who already know the laundromat model and already know us.
What that means for your file
Your package lands with lenders who already understand the business model it is built on and know how our team prepares a file. It is read as a laundromat deal by people who fund laundromat deals, not as an unfamiliar risk. Each lender still makes its own decision.
We pay for the work. You pay the dues.
Preparing every piece of your financial data into one lender-ready package is a tremendous amount of work. Hire an outside firm to do it and it costs several thousand dollars. Laundry Advisors pays that packaging cost on each member's behalf, which is more than a member pays in months of GROWTH.
Why we structure it this way
Because the packaging is the product. A clean, complete file is the difference between lender responses in weeks and a stack of maybes. We would rather absorb the cost and get it right than let members guess at it.
Network lenders value active membership.
Lenders in our network have agreed to take active GROWTH membership into consideration when reviewing a member's file. An owner working on staffing, finances, and operations every week is a stronger borrower, and the lenders know it.
What it is, and what it is not
It is one more thing in your favor when a lender reviews your file. It is not a guarantee, and it is not a shortcut around underwriting. All lending decisions are made solely by each independent lender, based on your individual financial qualifications.
Do the math on the membership.
The packaging alone would cost you more on the open market than months of GROWTH. And GROWTH is not only the Lender Network. It is every course, every SOP, the weekly call, and the room of operators who have opened the store you are about to open.
Handled the way a lender would expect. Explained the way an owner deserves.
You are about to share the numbers behind your business. Here is exactly how they are treated, in plain language.
- Only what a lender actually needsWe collect the documents lenders typically require to review your deal, and nothing beyond that.
- Handled by a small team, onlyThe same people who build your package are the only people at Laundry Advisors who see your documents.
- Used for one purposeTo prepare your package and send it to lenders. Never sold, never marketed, never shared outside the lenders you approve.
- You know exactly who sees your fileBefore anything is sent, we tell you which network lenders are receiving it.
- Removed on requestIf you ever want your documents taken off our files, ask and it is done.
- No pressure toward any lenderYou see every lender's terms side by side, we give our honest read, and the decision is always yours.
Four steps. One team that prepares the whole package.
So you are not chasing anybody. Here is what actually happens after you join.
You talk to our team.
Every GROWTH member starts with a one-on-one onboarding call. If financing is on your mind, that is where it begins. Our team handles intake, walks you through exactly what to gather for your project, and collects your documents so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Your project, your timeline, your target close
- A gathering list built for your project type
- One point of contact from here on
Our team builds one package.
Your documents become one clean, complete, lender-ready loan package. Not a rough draft. The real thing, the way a lender wants to receive it. This is the several-thousand-dollar step, and Laundry Advisors pays for it on your behalf.
- Financials organized and presented
- The project story told the way underwriters read it
- Gaps flagged and fixed before any lender sees them
We send it to the lenders who fit.
Instead of applying to one bank, waiting, getting a no, and starting over, your package goes to the lenders in our network who may be a good fit for your deal, at the same time. Independent institutions that fund laundromats for a living, and that have funded ours.
- You are told exactly which lenders receive your file
- Lenders review in parallel, not in sequence
- Brand agnostic. No equipment strings attached
Lenders respond. You choose.
Each lender reviews and underwrites your package on its own and responds with its own decision and terms. We help you lay them side by side and give you our honest read on each one, and then you decide and work directly with the lender you pick. We never push you toward any lender, because no lender pays us anything.
- Terms compared in one place
- Our read, your decision
- If it is a no this round, we help you understand why and repackage when it is stronger
My own bank turned me down. So did my neighbor, a bank vice president.
When I went to buy my first laundromat, I did the obvious thing and asked the bank I had used for years. They said no. Then I asked a neighbor who happened to be a regional vice president at a bank. He said no too. I ended up going through the SBA, and that first loan took nine months.
Nine months of paperwork and waiting on a deal that any lender who understood laundromats would have seen clearly. That store is worth millions today. The lenders who eventually funded my next stores are in the Lender Network now. Not everyone has nine months to spare, and nobody should be turned away by people who simply do not understand how well these businesses run.
The Lender Network is the front door. GROWTH is the whole operating system for your next store.

Is Laundry Advisors a lender?
No. Laundry Advisors does not lend money, make or fund loans, or make credit decisions. We prepare your documents, package them into one lender-ready file, and send it to independent lenders in our network who may be a good fit for your deal. Each lender reviews and underwrites your package on its own and decides whether to offer financing and on what terms. Any loan is strictly between you and the lender you choose.
Why is the Laundry Advisors Lender Network only available to GROWTH members?
Three reasons. The lenders in our network are relationships built over six years, and they financed our own stores before they ever saw a member's package. The packaging work would cost several thousand dollars from an outside firm, and Laundry Advisors pays that cost on each member's behalf. And lenders in our network have agreed to take active GROWTH membership into consideration when they review a member's file, because an owner who is working on staffing, finances, and operations every week is a stronger borrower.
What does it cost me?
Nothing beyond GROWTH membership at $497 a month. Laundry Advisors charges no points, no commissions, and no kickbacks, and there are no equipment strings attached. Any fees, rates, or closing costs on a loan are set by the lender, not by us. Laundry Advisors pays the outside packaging cost on your behalf, plus up to $1,000 to send your documents to lenders, which is why the first-month refund is waived once you use the Lender Network.
What kinds of projects can you package?
Buying an existing laundromat, a complete retool of a store you already own, or a ground-up build including the real estate. The package is all-inclusive for the project you bring.
How is this faster than going to my own bank?
Because you are not going one bank at a time. One complete package goes to several network lenders at the same time, so they review it in parallel instead of one yes or no at a time. The average owner spends four to six months, often longer, getting financing set up for a next project. Our members typically hear back from lenders in three to four weeks once all of their documentation is submitted.
Is approval guaranteed?
No, and anyone who promises approval should worry you. All lending decisions are made solely by the independent banks and financing institutions that review your package, and depend on your individual financial qualifications. What we control is how well your deal is packaged and which lenders see it.
Do you take a commission from the lenders?
No. Zero commissions, zero kickbacks, and zero points from any lender. We are paid by your membership, which is exactly why we can stay on your side of the table.
How is my financial information handled?
Nothing is collected on this page. Documents are gathered only after your onboarding call, by our team, and only what lenders typically need. They are used solely to prepare your package and send it to lenders, never sold or shared beyond the lenders you approve, and you are told exactly which lenders see your file. If you ever want your documents removed from our files, ask and it is done.
What happens if my deal is declined?
Because several network lenders see the package at once, a decline means none of them said yes this round. We walk you through what they flagged, whether it was the equity injection, the financials, or something in the deal, and what needs to change for a stronger second look. When it is in better shape, we repackage it and send it out again.
Do I have to use a certain equipment brand?
No. The Laundry Advisors Lender Network is brand agnostic. No equipment company has any strings on your package or the lenders it goes to.
What if I join GROWTH and it is not for me?
GROWTH is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. GROWTH normally carries a full refund if you do not find value in your first month, but that refund is waived once you use the Laundry Advisors Lender Network, because Laundry Advisors pays up to $1,000 out of pocket to package your documents and send them to banks and lending institutions. Every member starts with a one-on-one onboarding call, and that is where your loan package conversation begins.
What owners search for before they ever call a bank.
How do you finance a laundromat?
Most laundromat deals are funded with one of five tools, or a combination: an SBA 7(a) loan, an SBA 504 loan, a conventional bank loan, equipment financing, or seller financing. The hard part is not the loan type. It is finding institutions that understand laundromats and getting a complete package in front of them. The Laundry Advisors Lender Network prepares one lender-ready package and sends it to the lenders in a network of 12+ who fund laundromats and may fit your deal, so you compare real terms from real lenders instead of guessing which door to knock on.
Can you get an SBA loan for a laundromat?
Yes. SBA 7(a) loans are commonly used to buy an existing laundromat and fund working capital, and SBA 504 loans are commonly used for real estate and heavy equipment. SBA loans are made by participating lenders, not by the SBA directly, so terms and timelines vary by institution. Josh financed his first laundromat with an SBA loan on his own, and it took nine months. Several lenders in our network make SBA laundromat loans, and when they fit your deal, they can review your package at the same time as the others.
How much down payment do you need to buy a laundromat?
It depends on the lender and the project. Not every lender requires the same equity injection, and some structure deals very differently from others, but every applicant needs skin in the game. Many institutions look for somewhere in the range of ten to twenty-five percent of the total project cost, with ground-up construction usually at the higher end, and the source of the equity matters as much as the amount. The readiness self check on this page lets you gauge where you sit, and our team documents every equity source you have before your package goes out.
How long does it take to get a laundromat loan?
Going one bank at a time, the average owner spends four to six months, often longer, getting financing set up for a next project, and a single no sends them back to the start. Through the Laundry Advisors Lender Network, lenders typically respond in three to four weeks once all of your documentation is submitted. Closing then depends on the lender you choose and the deal itself.
Can you finance laundromat equipment separately from the store?
Yes. Equipment financing exists, and it is often offered through distributors tied to one brand. The Laundry Advisors Lender Network is brand agnostic. Equipment for an acquisition, a complete retool, or a ground-up build is included in one package with the rest of the project, so you are not financing the machines in one place and scrambling for everything else.
Can you get financing to build a laundromat from the ground up, including the real estate?
Yes. It is the largest package we build and the one most owners are told cannot be done. Lenders look at total project cost against your equity, your operating track record, and the appraisal on the real estate, and the deal is often structured with SBA 504 or conventional real estate and construction financing. Our team builds the proforma and market picture that carry a ground-up laundromat deal in front of lenders.
Why do banks turn down laundromat loans?
Usually unfamiliarity. Many local banks have never underwritten a laundromat, so they price in risk that is not there, ask for documents a seller cannot produce, or simply say no. Josh's own bank and a neighbor who was a bank vice president both turned him down on a store that is worth millions today. The fix is a complete, well-presented package in front of lenders who already fund laundromats.
Do laundromats in small towns qualify for financing?
Yes. Two of Josh's stores are the proof. The smallest, in a town of about 5,000 people, does over $7,000 per week. The largest, in a town of about 23,000 people, does over $15,000 per week. Lenders who understand the model fund small-town laundromats regularly. The ones who do not are the reason owners get turned away.
